You will then go to your friendly host’s home with bags full of seasonal vegetables, Asian mushrooms, tropical fruits and all the exotic herbs and spices typical to the tropical south of Vietnam.
In their home kitchen, the housewife of the family will share her cooking secrets with you. Try your hands at cooking typical main dishes, desserts and drinks. Everyday Vietnamese meals are fresh, healthy and very simple to cook.
